plans on their special day. Our day of wedding planning service begins 6 weeks out. We tie any loose ends so you will be at ease. We will conduct the
ceremony and reception according to your plans and specifications so that your special day is flawless. On your wedding day, we will be your direct line of
communication for family, the wedding party, guests and vendors. Our team will communicate with and guide your vendors for set up according to your timeline.
We will alleviate a lot of the stress associated with the final weeks of planning as well as making the event hosting experience enjoyable and stress-free for our

Event Branding & Styling
Bespoke Events works closely with our clients to provide a customized approach to event design, managing the creative direction as well as identifying well
qualified vendors to execute the vision. Our creative team will produce a comprehensive design presentation that enables the client to envision the entire look
and feel of the event.
Your guests’ first glimpse at your event should knock their socks off. Our studio designs modern, custom save the dates and invitations suites that set the tone and
clearly communicate both your personal and event styles. We’ll handle everything from design, production, assembly and postage so all you have to do is track down
those RSVPs.
Providing complete creative direction of all onsite printed items we’ll develop an event branding story to complement your overall event design concept and tie in any
logos or stationary styles we may have already established for you. From menus, cocktail signage and table numbers to seating charts, place cards and favor
packaging we ensure a cohesive event brand is reflected through each and every detail.
